IronOaks at Sun Lakes is a controlled access community of over 4,000 attractive and well-constructed homes. The IronOaks HOA financial condition is strong and healthy with a sizable reserve fund and very affordable annual dues, billed semi annually. The Association is professionally managed and our facilities are carefully maintained and manicured. A strategic master plan is underway to assure a positive future for the community's real estate value. Association office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm AZ Standard Time.

IronOaks at Sun Lakes is a controlled access community that welcomes visitors during the hours of 6am to 8pm. Visitors can enter our community at either Sun Lakes Blvd at Riggs Rd or E. J. Robson Blvd at Riggs Rd. The attendants at these gates will furnish directions to the Oakwood Clubhouse. The maps from Google,Yahoo and MapQuest, and many GPS systems, may guide you to other entrances that are not visitor entrances. To visit our community, please use the two entrances mentioned above.

IronOaks at Sun Lakes is an age restricted community under the Housing for Older Persons Act of 1995. Its homes are intended for occupancy by at least one person 55 years of age or older per unit, although the occupants of a limited number of the dwelling units may be younger (as determined by the Association). One person must be at least 40 years of age or older in each home, and no one under 19 years of age may reside permanently within IronOaks. Please contact the Association if you have any questions.
